Description
Join Our Team as an Office Clerk in Dubai!
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet visitors and assist as needed
- Prepare and update spreadsheets, reports, and presentations
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate with other departments and external partners as needed
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned
- Previous experience as an office clerk or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using computers and office software
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- UAE residency or a valid work permit required
