Baalbaki Chemical Industries (BCI) is a leading polyurethane system and polyurethane raw material supplier in the Middle East with production facilities in UAE, Egypt & KSA and operations in Turkey, Jordan, Algeria, and Lebanon. We produce Aromatic and Aliphatic Polyester Polyols; Isocyanate Pre-polymers; and Formulated Polyurethane Systems. BCI has integrated polyesters; bulk delivery possibilities; and a complete range of Polyurethane Systems covering applications in Insulation; Footwear; Automotive; Seating; and Adhesives.


Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating sales forecast reports by product, ensuring accuracy and alignment with market trends.
• Participate in weekly stock control meetings to monitor inventory levels and assist in ensuring stock availability.
• Track material purchases based on forecasted sales needs, coordinating with the procurement team to support purchasing plans.
• Follow up on purchasing plan, ensuring timely confirmation and accuracy of purchasing orders.
• Coordinate with the concerned department the frequent spot checks on actual stock levels to ensure data accuracy in the ERP system.
• Assist in preparing reports on slow-moving inventory items, participating in discussions to address and minimize these items.
• Assist in coordinating production plans, ensuring smooth implementation and alignment with sales forecasts.
• Assist in reviewing delivery requests against set budgets to ensure appropriate material allocation and cost control.
• Assist in optimizing production, sales, and delivery processes, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
