Description

- Responsible to fabricate and assemble sheet metal products custom-made decorative items.

- Candidate must be available in UAE

-With a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a CNC-PRESS BREAK MACHINE OPERATOR & PROGRAMMER

- Can read the drawing and excellent in measurement

- Locates and marks bending and cutting lines onto the workpiece.

- Sets up and operates fabricating machines, such as brakes, rolls, shears, flame cutters, and drill presses

- Constructs templates and fixtures.

- Specialize in different kinds of metal and good in measurement and work under pressure

- Measure, cut, and bend various types of sheet metal into appropriate sizes and shapes

- Connect ducts and joints by welding, bolting, riveting, or soldering

- Read and analyze blueprints and operate computerized fabricating equipment such as shears, saws and presses.

- Drill, anchor and install sheet metal parts according to product specifications- - Experience in the assembly, installation, and maintenance of sheet metal

- Experience in sheet metal tools and equipment

- Can work under pressure

METAL FORMS LLC.- AJMAN is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Press Break Machine Operator in the field of Production in one of their office located in Ajman - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have minimum 1 yr experience in cnc press break bending machine operator qualification and atleast student of experience. The position require sheet metal, machine operator, programmer, drawing, measurement, bending, cutting, brakes, fixtures, metal, pressure, connect, welding, soldering, equipment, anchor, product, specifications, assembly, installation, maintenance, tools, programming-paradigms mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
