Role Overview

The Production Technician will operate, monitor, and maintain oil and gas production equipment to ensure efficient and safe facility operations. This role will involve troubleshooting issues, recording production data, and working closely with operations and maintenance teams to maximize output and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operate production equipment according to procedures.

Monitor process parameters and make necessary adjustments.

Record and report production data accurately.

Identify and troubleshoot operational issues.

Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment.

Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Collaborate with maintenance teams for equipment repairs.

Support process optimization initiatives.

Participate in safety meetings and training.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or certification in Oil & Gas Operations or related field.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in production operations.

Knowledge of oil and gas processing systems.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to operate production control systems.

Safety-conscious with regulatory compliance knowledge.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Willingness to work in shift patterns and remote locations.
