Description

• Manage and coordinate mechanical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.

• Oversee all aspects of lip seal welding operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
• Supervise fabrication and general welding activities across various stages of the project.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and quality control teams to ensure project alignment.
• Develop project schedules, resource plans, and progress tracking reports.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project transparency.
• Monitor team performance and provide technical guidance to ensure adherence to welding procedures and safety standards.
• Ensure all welding and fabrication work complies with relevant codes (e.g., ASME, AWS, ISO) and company procedures.
