Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a strong client portfolio while achieving sales targets.

• Foster long-lasting client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Stay updated on market developments and competitor activities through thorough research.

• Support clients with property listings, coordinate viewings, and handle negotiations.

• Offer professional guidance on market trends, property valuations, and pricing strategies.

• Keep accurate records and provide regular updates on sales progress.

• Actively seek new leads and explore potential business opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in real estate of minimum 6 months is needed.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Highly driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

• Multilingual applicants (Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, Chinese, Russian) are encouraged to apply.

Compensation:

• Basic salary plus an attractive commission structure

• Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Laptop and Data will be given to generate leads.
