We seek an experienced Recruiter to join our team, driving efficient recruitment processes, ensuring compliance, and effectively managing the full recruitment cycle to support our continued success.
Position Overview:
The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires. This role involves developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, conducting thorough candidate assessments, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. The Recruiter plays a critical role in building a strong workforce to support the company’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Strategy:
1.1. Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and hire high-quality candidates.
1.2. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions.
1.3. Use data-driven approaches to identify trends and make informed recruitment decisions.
2. Sourcing Candidates:
2.1. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates.
2.2. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
2.3. Attend job fairs, career events, and networking sessions to promote the company and attract talent.
3. Candidate Screening:
3.1. Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
3.2. Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
3.3. Coordinate and conduct in-depth interviews with candidates, both individually and in collaboration with hiring managers.
4. Candidate Assessment:
4.1. Administer and evaluate pre-employment tests, assessments, and background checks.
4.2. Develop and implement effective interview techniques and selection criteria to ensure objective and consistent hiring decisions.
4.3. Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
5. Candidate Experience:
5.1. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
5.2. Communicate promptly and professionally with candidates, providing timely updates on their application status.
5.3. Address candidate inquiries and concerns, ensuring a smooth and engaging recruitment experience.
6. Onboarding:
6.1. Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of offer letters, employment contracts, and new hire orientation materials.
6.2. Ensure new employees are properly integrated into the company, facilitating their transition and helping them feel welcome.
6.3. Collaborate with HR and administrative staff to set up workstations, IT access, and other necessary resources for new hires.
7. Compliance and Reporting:
7.1. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices.
7.2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
7.3. Prepare and present recruitment metrics and analyses to senior management, identifying areas for improvement.
8. Employer Branding:
8.1. Develop and promote the company’s employer brand to attract and retain top talent.
8.2. Create engaging job postings and recruitment marketing materials.
8.3. Manage the company’s presence on job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
9. Continuous Improvement:
9.1. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in recruitment.
9.2. Continuously seek feedback from hiring managers and candidates to improve the recruitment process.
9.3. Implement innovative recruitment solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
10. Team Collaboration:
10.1. Work closely with HR colleagues and other departments to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
10.2. Participate in HR meetings and contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
10.3. Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on effective recruitment and interviewing techniques.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successful hires.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and labor laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Professional certification in recruitment or HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
• Experience in a similar industry or company size.
• Familiarity with behavioral interviewing techniques and competency-based assessments.

The ideal candidate should have bachelor degree qualification and atleast 5 years of experience. The position require recruitment, talent acquisition, cv screening, interview, offer negotiation, job posting, cv sourcing, headhunting, job boards, job description, onboarding mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 5k to 6k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
