Join Our Team as a Restaurant Supervisor in Dubai!

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including dining room service, kitchen operations, and customer interactions
• Lead and motivate restaurant staff to deliver high-quality service and exceed customer expectations
• Ensure that all food and beverage offerings meet quality and presentation standards
• Train and coach staff on service standards, menu items, and restaurant procedures
• Manage restaurant reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists
• Monitor guest satisfaction and feedback, and take corrective actions as needed
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner
• Manage inventory levels and food costs to optimize profitability
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for business growth and customer retention

• Previous experience in restaurant supervision or management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, ordering, and inventory management
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• UAE residency or a valid work permit is required
