Description

Role Purpose:

The Rigless Package Supervisor - Under general supervision, promotes excellent customer relations at the worksite. The Supervisor role is to ensure the Client's objectives are delivered safely, without damage to the environment and in full compliance with the client and Health, Safety, Environment & Quality policies. 

Knowledge: 

• BSc in Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering, or
• High school Diploma with 5 years Well Site experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience within Coiled Tubing (CT) Services which includes specific experience in CT tools and on job applications is required
• Valid UAE Driving license
• Must possess excellent skills within the service line and have a general understanding of other services functions. Mechanical and Maintenance experience in fault finding and repair of equipment.
• Some exposure and experience in other Company services of well services and process services
• Interpersonal skills & the ability to communicate effectively with others are necessary 

Skills

• proven competency unit completed for ' Contributes to Health & Safety of the working environment'
• given nature of oil field service work, must possess good interpersonal & communications skills 
• Computer awareness in MS Office, Word & Excel programmes
