Description
Logistics
1. Monitoring Quality, Quantity, Delivery Terms, and Freight Transport Costs
2. Recommending Optimal Transport Modes, Routes, or Frequency
3. Ensuring Carrier Compliance with Company Policies or Procedures for Product Delivery
4. Reviewing the Impact of Logistics Changes (Routing, Shipping Modes, Product Volumes, Carriers) and Reporting Results to Others
5. Monitoring ETD / ETA of Shipments (Sea/Air) and Reporting Deviations
6. Supervising Handling in and Handling Out of Containers at DME Warehouse
7. Managing Local Stock Inventory and Reconciling with Third-Party Service Providers and Warehouse
8. Arranging Deliveries for Local Stock Orders to Customers in UAE Mainland and Overseas by Air, Sea, and Land Freight
9. Organizing and Managing Inventory, Storage, and Transportation
10. Ensuring Shipping Documents Compliance with Purchase Orders and Letters of Credit
SALES ADMIN
*Provide administrative support to the sales team
*Assist with invoicing and order processing
* Maintain sales order records and documentation on time

KIA ORA GENERAL TRADING LLC is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Sales Admin / Logistic Officer in the field of Accounting/Auditing in one of their office located in dubai - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have bachelor’s degree, experience is freight related services etc qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. The position require monitoring, quality, quantity, freight, compliance, company, policies, procedures, product, impact, logistics, routing, shipping, reporting, handling, local, stock inventory, service, stock, land, organizing, inventory, storage, documents, purchase, administrative support, sales, team, invoicing, order processing, sales order, documentation mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
