Responsibilities
As a Sales & Business Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in expanding our client base and supporting our ambitious growth goals. Key responsibilities include:
• Driving New Business: Develop and lead innovative sales strategies to attract new clients, actively working towards fixed monthly targets.
• UAE Market Expertise: Utilize your deep understanding of the UAE market, with a focus on Abu Dhabi, to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
• Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Build and sustain positive, long-term client relationships by understanding client needs and fostering trust.
• Sales Lifecycle Management: Handle all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting and engagement through to implementation and follow-up.
• Outbound Campaigns: Conduct targeted outbound sales campaigns to generate new sales leads and opportunities.
• Proposal Development: Create and present customized proposals that reflect the unique needs of each client.
• CRM Management: Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
• Client Meetings: Conduct both virtual and in-person meetings to discuss client needs and demonstrate our offerings.
• Customer Service Excellence: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent, proactive communication and follow-up.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have:
• Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in sales and business development, ideally in the advertising or marketing field.
• Market Knowledge: Strong familiarity with UAE market dynamics, particularly within Abu Dhabi.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a knack for building rapport with key decision-makers.
• Team Player: Collaborative spirit and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Sales Acumen: Skilled in client relationship management, with a track record of success across the sales lifecycle.
