Description

Responsible for sales activities related to switchgear focusing on the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation and long-term account goals in line with the company's vision and values, demonstrating product knowledge.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Identifies, analyses and repairs product failures, orders replacement parts as required.

• Provide technical product training and basic user functionality training to customer base when required

• Develop Service Technical Documentation and proper tracking of the entire quoted tender.

• Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits, triage

with Field applications scientists as appropriate.

• Resolve customer issues with hardware and software related issues.
