Job Title: Development & Outside Sales Executive – Interior & Exterior Design (UAE Driving License Required)**

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Competitive + Commission

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire new business opportunities in interior and exterior design fit-outs for residential and commercial projects.

- Conduct outside sales activities, including client visits, site inspections, and networking to generate leads.

- Present design solutions, negotiate contracts, and effectively communicate value propositions.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders.

- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth opportunities.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.

- Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure seamless execution within timelines and budgets.

- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for management.

- Attend industry events and networking functions to expand professional connections.

Requirements:

- Female candidates preferred.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in outside sales, business development, or client acquisition within interior design, fit-out, or construction in the UAE.

- Valid UAE driving license.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Understanding of design principles, fit-out processes, and materials.

- Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.

- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently or within a team.
