Job Title: Sales Executive For Interior & Exterior Design (UAE Driving License Required)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Competitive + Commission

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and secure new business in interior and exterior design fit-outs for residential and commercial projects.

- Conduct client meetings, present design solutions, and communicate value propositions effectively.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners.

- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.

- Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery.

- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for management.

- Attend industry events and networking functions to expand professional connections.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in interior design, fit-out, or construction within the UAE.

- Valid UAE driving license.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of design principles, fit-out processes, and materials.

- Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.

- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
