Job Responsibilities:
∙Actively sell company properties, including plots, villas, and buildings (commercial & residential)
∙Identify and pursue potential leads, establish client relationships, and conduct property viewings
∙Provide accurate and up-to-date information about properties to clients
∙Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets
∙Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties effectively
∙Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitors' activities
Job Requirements:
∙Minimum 2 years of UAE real estate sales experience
∙Possess a valid UAE driving license
∙Fluency in the Arabic language (both verbal and written)
∙Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive results
∙Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications or Skills:
∙Strong networking and relationship-building skills
∙Proficiency in using real estate databases and online listing platforms
∙Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques in the real estate industry
∙Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
∙Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences
∙Strong organizational and time management abilities
∙Detail-oriented with exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills
∙Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
∙Familiarity with financial calculations related to real estate transactions
∙Ability to effectively communicate and work with diverse clients and colleagues
∙Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate transactions in the UAE
∙Familiarity with CRM software
