We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and help us onboard clients in the real estate and auto car showroom sectors in the UAE.
Job Title: Sales Executive (Real Estate & Auto Showrooms)
Location: UAE (Field-based role)
Experience: 3-5 years in sales, preferably in real estate, automotive, or classifieds industries

Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition:
Identify and approach potential clients in the real estate and auto car showroom sectors.
Present Sauda.ai’s platform and its benefits to clients, addressing their needs and pain points.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., real estate agents, property developers, car dealership owners).
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on Sauda.ai’s features, pricing, and value proposition to effectively communicate them to clients.
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for new clients.
Sales Targets:
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for client onboarding and revenue generation.
Develop and implement strategies to expand Sauda.ai’s client base in the target sectors.
Market Research:
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and client needs in the real estate and automotive industries.
Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to improve Sauda.ai’s offerings.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline in the CRM system.
Provide regular updates and reports to the sales manager.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate, automotive, or classifieds industries.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the real estate and automotive markets in the UAE.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus).
Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate deals and close sales effectively.
Self-Motivated: A proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
Own Vehicle: Must have a valid UAE driving license and own a car for client visits.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other sales software.
