Description

Job Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required

Dealing with email/ call inquiries from clients and suppliers

Coordinating deliveries with customers and delivery team

Maintaining list of enquiries for weekly project meeting

Maintaining multiple website portals and their respective social media accounts.

Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

Skills and Qualifications

Able to perform other Administrative Tasks

Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project

2 -3 years of UAE experience is Mandatory

Understand how trading company works

Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

Can work smart and efficiently

Excellent in MS office especially in excel

Knowledge file management, and other administrative procedures.

Ability to work on tight deadlines

Knowledge in shipping and logistics

Ability to work with less supervision

Decision Making

Can handle stress

Knowledge in ERP is a plus

Arabic speaking is a plus

Social Media Experience is a plus
