Job Title : Sales and Marketing Manager – Real Estate

Location : Dubai, UAE

Experience Required : 10-12 years in Real Estate with a strong focus on off-plan sales

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager with a proven track record in the real estate industry, particularly in off-plan sales with an exceptional understanding of the UAE market. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market, exceptional leadership skills and a track record of sales success, and the ability to create impactful marketing strategies tailored to off-plan properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee marketing campaigns aimed at promoting off-plan properties across multiple channels, including digital and offline platforms.

Identify emerging market trends and opportunities to position the company competitively.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, investors, and other key stakeholders.

Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to achieve and exceed targets.

Oversee high-impact marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event platforms to maximize brand visibility.

Strong leadership and people management skills inspire and drive team success.

Ensure a seamless sales process for off-plan buyers, including clear communication on project timelines and payment plans.

Collaborate with developers and internal stakeholders to ensure that customer expectations align with project deliverables.

Prepare and present sales performance reports, market analysis, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Conduct market analysis and competitor research to refine strategies and offerings.

Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and maintain high ethical standards in all operations.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

A minimum of 10-12 years of experience in sales and marketing, specifically in the real estate industry.

In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, including property trends, regulations, and customer behavior.

Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing strategies.

Proficiency in CRM tools and digital marketing platforms.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration
