Job description


The main purpose of this role is to drive new projects to the firm & the perfect candidate will be some one who has strong connections within the market.

Responsibilities
Identifying potential clients and developing relationships with them. This could involve conducting market research to identify opportunities, networking with industry professionals and potential clients, and making presentations or demonstrations to showcase the firm's services. The person in this role would also need to be skilled at negotiating contracts and closing deals in order to secure new business for the firm. Other responsibilities may include preparing proposals and quotes, managing the sales process, and tracking sales metrics to measure the success of their efforts.

Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in interior design, business, or a related field
- Experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the interior design industry and trends
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proficiency with computers and relevant software
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (for traveling to meet with clients)
In addition to these qualifications, the ideal candidate for this role would be motivated, organized, and able to work well in a team environment. They should also have a strong understanding of the firm's services and be able to effectively promote them to potential clients.

The position require new projects, market research, networking, industry, contracts, closing, order, new business, proposals, sales, process, tracking, metrics, design, field, business development, communication, negotiation skills, business mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
