Description

Job Title: Senior Bicycle Mechanic

• Set up and manage a new bicycle service center, ensuring all equipment and tools are in place for efficient operations.
• Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and complex repairs on a wide range of bicycles.
• Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all service center processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
• Conduct comprehensive inspections and quality checks on all bicycles before they are returned to customers.
• Provide expert advice on bicycle care, upgrades, and customizations, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Stay current with industry advancements, trends, and new products to continuously enhance service quality.
• Manage inventory and procurement of parts, ensuring the service center is well-stocked and organized.

• Extensive experience as a Bicycle Mechanic, with a proven track record of managing service center.
