Description

Position: Reporting Accountant
Nationality: Only Indian
Industry : Real State
Location : Dubai, UAE.
Only Immediate joiners

Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for producing the Monthly financial reporting package, including full set of financial statements, and supporting schedules with variance analysis for actual vs. budget and vs. prior period.
- Daily and weekly financial and non-financial reports (e.g. occupancy, KPIs, cash & bank position, Aging, bank reconciliations, sales reports, properties performance reports, etc.)
- Prepare cash flow projections schedules
- Prepare budget and forecasting reports.
- Assist in other accounting or reporting tasks as requested
 
Requirements:
- Available to join immediately
- Outstanding Excel skills. Power Point is highly desirable.
- Fully or semi-qualified CA, ACCA, CMA, CPA, etc. (must have passed at least one part)
- Fluent English, with clear communication skills.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience, with at least 1 year in UAE
