Description

We are a reputed Cafe Chain looking to hire for the position of Senior Steward/Cleaner
This position will potentially act as a supervisor for all cleaners/stewards in the store, so we are looking for candidates with prior supervisory experience in facilities management, or a similar role. Ideally, the candidate should have:

• At least 2 years of experience in a cleaning or stewarding role, with a demonstrated ability to lead and supervise a team.
• Experience in managing cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety in compliance with UAE regulations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with health and safety standards in the UAE, particularly within the retail or hospitality sector.
• A positive attitude and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
