Job Description:

1. Interact with customers. Being friendly and courteous will help keep customers coming back.

2. Present menus to the customers and answer their questions

3. Make recommendations and try to upsell

4. Take orders

5. keep His eyes on a lot of elements: food standards, food Presentation, safety,

6. Serve the ordered food and ensure that customers are enjoying their meals

7. Collect payments from customers

8. Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the Restaurant (tables, chairs, counters, toilet, etc)

9. Manages team during heavy shifts, resolving conflicts and getting the job done

10. Answer the phone to take reservations and for delivery orders

11. Prepare the ingredients and materials needed in the preparation of the food

12. Punch the order to the POS machine with the correct information of the customers

13. Filling in for absent/on-leave staff

14. Manage staff work schedules and more according to the business Requirements.

15. Coordinate with the managers, supervisors, and staff to ensure smooth operation
