Key Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and warmly upon arrival.

Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about menu items.

Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.

Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.

Ensure tables are clean, well-presented, and properly set before and after each guest.

Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.

Process payments and issue receipts accurately.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.

Follow all health, hygiene, and safety regulations.

Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and other service staff to ensure smooth operations.
