Description

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging advertisements and marketing materials for real estate properties.
  • Manage and run social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Youtube,TikTok, etc.).
  • Develop creative content to attract potential buyers, sellers, and tenants.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for property listings across platforms to generate leads and increase visibility of listings.
  • Monitor performance of ads and campaigns to ensure maximum reach and engagement.
  • Create and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing goals, project launches, and real estate trends.
  • Apply SEO strategies for property listings and optimize visibility across digital platforms.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to maintain relevance and innovation in content.
  • Support the sales team with marketing initiatives.
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts for a real estate company in the UAE.
  • Proficient in creating ads and running paid campaigns on social media platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and work under tight deadlines
  • Flexible and open for growth
  • Familiarity with real estate market trends in the UAE is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
