Job Title: Sr. Projects Engineer - Refurbishment/Civil Maintenance

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Projects Engineer specializing in refurbishment and civil maintenance projects. As a Senior Projects Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of refurbishment and civil maintenance projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within budget and schedule.

Responsibilities:

* Lead the planning, design, and execution of refurbishment and civil maintenance projects.

* Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, and resource allocation.

* Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

* Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.

* Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure their requirements and expectations are met.

* Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

* 5+ years of Experience in UAE/GCC (Civil Construction or Refurbishment projects)

* Proven experience as a Senior Projects Engineer, preferably in refurbishment or civil maintenance projects.

* In-depth knowledge of refurbishment techniques, civil maintenance methodologies, and construction practices.

* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Office).

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and quality standards.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
