Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments of goods, ensuring their accuracy and quality.
• Unload and store products in the appropriate locations within the warehouse or storage area.
• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments, including quantities, descriptions, and dates.
• Regularly update inventory records and databases to track stock levels and reorder supplies as necessary.
• Keep the storage area clean, organized, and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Perform regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
• Prepare and package products for shipment, ensuring they are adequately protected and labelled.
• Monitor and report any damage, defects, or issues with stored
• products.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfil internal requisitions for materials or products.
• Follow proper handling and storage procedures for hazardous materials, if applicable.
• Assist in the preparation of reports on inventory status and activities.
• Maintain a cooperative and professional attitude when working with colleagues and vendors.
