Description

We are seeking a dynamic, polished, and results-driven Store Managerto lead our flagship luxury boutique in the UAE. As the face of our brand, you will curate an unparalleled shopping experience, inspire a high-performing team, and drive operational excellence.

• Experience: A minimum of 4 to 5 years of retail management experience, specifically within the luxury or high-end premium sector (experience in the UAE/GCC market is highly preferred).
• A strong background in Women's High Fashion, Fine Jewelry, or Luxury Clienteling.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to engage effortlessly with affluent clientele and stakeholders.
• A charismatic leader who leads by example, fosters a collaborative culture, and possesses strong emotional intelligence.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of hitting commercial milestones and managing boutique P&L.
