Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team and provide technical support for our GPS Tracker and Tracking Platforms. The ideal candidate will have a technical background and excellent problem-solving skills to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve GPS-related issues that affect our customers.

Required:
Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years in technical support, with a focus on GPS tracking is preferred.
Skills:
• Knowledge of GPS technology and tracking systems.
• Proficient in using support ticketing systems and monitoring tools.
• Role of Technical Support Representative: 1 years (Required)
• GPS Hardware skills: 1 year (Required)
• Knowledge in Securepath / Asateel System is preferred.
• UAE Driving license is Preferred
• Hands on experience of installation work is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to GPS trackers and tracking platfrom.
• Identify the root cause of problems and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with Platform support to escalate and resolve unresolved issues.
• Provide technical guidance and support to Field teams.
• Produce troubleshooting guides and documentation for common issues.
• Assist in the development of training materials for Sales team.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify issues.
• Reporting on support activities and system performance.
• Suggest improvements to hardware and software based on customer feedback and issue analysis.
• Participate in the development and testing of new features and updates for GPS tracking solutions.
Qualifications:
Preferred (but not required): Bachelors degree in Telecom Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
