Job Description:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain and promote iGaming products, offers, and services.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups.
- Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in telesales or customer support (preferably in iGaming).
- Fluent in Hindi & English. Any additional language is a plus.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Positive attitude, persuasive ability, and target-oriented mindset.

Shrikant Patel (Recruiter) is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Telecaller (Igaming) in the field of Sales in one of their office located in Dubai - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have any ug/diploma qualification and atleast less than 1 year of experience. The position require team, industry, online, gaming, professional, outbound, calls, customer, communication, telesales, customer support, hindi, english, computer skills, salary, medical, igaming mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
