Description

We are a dynamic and fast-growing real estate company in Dubai, specializing in premium property sales and leasing. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team and help drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our real estate services and properties.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Provide detailed information about available properties, pricing, and investment opportunities.
• Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and close deals.
• Maintain and update a database of leads with relevant information.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
• Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market trends and regulations.

Requirements:
• Minimum of (1) year of experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

ERE Homes is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Telesales Executive (Real Estate) in the field of Sales in one of their office located in Dubai - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have fluency in english, strong negotiation and persuasion skills, knowledge of sales techniques qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. The position require real estate, dubai, property, sales, leasing, telesales, outbound, calls, schedule, marketing, lead generation mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
