Description

Welding and Fabrication:

Perform precise TIG and MIG welding on various metals, including stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel, and other materials, as per project requirements.

Cut, shape, and join metal parts using welding equipment and other fabrication tools.

Fabricate and assemble metal structures, frames, and components based on engineering drawings and specifications.

Interpretation of Shop Drawings:

Read and interpret detailed shop drawings, blueprints, and technical schematics to determine the proper welding techniques, materials, and dimensions for each project.

Ensure all fabricated components adhere to design specifications and quality standards.

Quality Control:

Inspect welded assemblies and fabricated parts for defects, ensuring they meet structural, aesthetic, and dimensional quality standards.

Perform necessary adjustments to ensure perfect welds and structural integrity.

Safety and Compliance:

Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures while using welding equipment and handling materials.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and operated.

Use proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow company safety protocols at all times.

The position require welding, mig welding, stainless steel, carbon, steel, materials, project, metal, equipment, fabrication, components, engineering, shop, technical, welding techniques, design, specifications, quality, structural, safety, procedures, handling, personal mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
