Life at Healthcare pharmacy

Answers questions and provides information to pharmacy customers on drug interactions, side effects, dosage and storage of pharmaceuticals.· Communicates with and treats pharmacy’s customers in a professional manner and also ensures to have all the queries of the customer answered.· Educate customers/patients about dosage, drug reactions and storage of medicines at a professional level as per training manuals and SOPs.· Develop positive business relationships with customers and suppliers at the Pharmacy level to achieve growth.· Ensuring exceptional customer service as per SOPs and training manuals
