Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in sales, safety or PPE industry standards are an advantage.
  • Fluency in English & Arabic language.
  • Valid Saudi driving license.
Experience:
  • Minimum 5 - 7 years of proven sales experience in PPE or related safety products.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies for PPE in the KSA market.
  • Strong background in B2B sales channels.
  • Key Expectations & Skills Required:
  • Strong sales planning and execution skills with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of the KSA market, customer behaviour, and regulatory norms.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and acquire new customers in construction, industrial, and retail sectors.
  • Manage relationships with existing clients, distributors, and dealers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop relationship with oil and petrochemical companies to promote Saudi made PPE products.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards and certification requirements for all PPE products.
