Job description

• Financial Planning and Analysis:
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making processes.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial projections in collaboration with department heads.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to senior management for strategic planning.

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate annual audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.

• Manage cash flow by monitoring cash balances, forecasting cash requirements, and optimizing cash flow through efficient treasury management practices.
• Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable functions to ensure timely invoicing and payment processing.

• Coordinate with tax advisors and legal counsel to ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
• Prepare and file tax returns, including VAT filings, and manage tax audits as required.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance roles.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Extensive knowledge of UAE financial regulations and taxation laws.
• Proficiency in financial software and Tally.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Proven track record of delivering accurate financial reporting and analysis within tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is must.
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
