Position Overview:

Sohail Smart Solutions, a leading training and consultancy company based in the UAE and licensed by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant (Arabic Speaking) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills, fluency in both Arabic and English, and a thorough understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards in the UAE. This role is a great opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to the financial health of a dynamic and growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss reports in compliance with local regulations.

- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

- Monitor cash flow, reconcile bank statements, and ensure the accuracy of financial data.

- Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure compliance with UAE tax laws and regulations.

- Conduct regular financial analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.

- Provide support in payroll processing and employee expense management.

- Communicate financial information effectively in both Arabic and English.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Proven experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the UAE.

- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.

- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- Certification such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent is a plus.
