Description
Responsibility:
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports by gathering and organizing data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Process accounts payable and receivable by verifying invoices, issuing payments, and maintaining records of transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities by compiling relevant financial data and updating budget spreadsheets.
- Maintain and update the general ledger by entering journal entries and ensuring all accounts are balanced.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients to resolve billing discrepancies and inquiries, fostering strong professional relationships.
- Assist with payroll processing by collecting employee timesheets and ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Prepare tax documentation and assist in audits by providing necessary financial records and reports to auditors.
- Implement and maintain effective filing systems for financial documents, making retrieval easy and efficient.
- Support the finance team in various administrative tasks, contributing to a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Job Specification
KITCHEN WAREHOUSE (Recruiter) is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Accounts Assistant in the field of Accounting/Auditing in one of their office located in Sharjah - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have bcom qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. The position require preparation, organizing, data, compliance, regulations, process, accounts payable, receivable, payments, transactions, support, budgeting, forecasting, activities, spreadsheets, general ledger, journal entries, billing, professional, payroll processing, documentation, providing, filing mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
