Description

We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a excellent communication skills, multitasking abilitites, and proactive attitude.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative task such as answering phones, managing correspondence, and organizing files.
  • Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive environment.
  • Manage the front desk, including handling incoming calls, directing visitors, and managing deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist HR with scheduling and coordinating interviews.
  • Post job opening on various job boards and company website.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Communicate with candidates to schedule interviews and provide updates.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR documents, such as offer letter and employment contracts.
  • Keep track of office supplies and place order when necessary.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in an administrative, HR support is required.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptable and open to learn new skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.

Alhaya Tourism (Recruiter) is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Admin Assistant in the field of Administrative in one of their office located in Dubai - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have with experience on the same field qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require communication skills, organizing, reception, scheduling, office management, flexibility mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
