Description

We are looking for a motivated and active Admin / Leasing coordinator to join our company.

Responsibilities :
- Answering Inquiries (Phone Call, Email, WhatsApp, Walk-in).
- Respond to tenants inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant records.
- Preparing lease agreements.
-  Handle lease renewals and terminations.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams.
- Prepare reports as requested by management.
- Ensure compliance with leasing regulations and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and prospects.
- Complete other administrative tasks as required by the management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
