Skyway Group is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, resolving complaints professionally, and maintaining customer records. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to deliver exceptional service with patience and professionalism. Prior experience in customer service is preferred, and proficiency in Microsoft Office or CRM software is a plus. Fluency in English is required, with additional languages considered an advantage.
