Description

As Guest Service Executive, you will serve on the Guest Happiness Team, to provide our Guests with a seamless digital tailoring experience. A Guest Service Executive truly influences the final impression of our guests and, therefore, is responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Achieve positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure a happy and a positive Guest experience.
  • Ensure that the Manager is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and/or Tailors.
  • Demonstrate a high level of service to guests and tailors at all times.
  • Attend appropriate training courses, when required.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding and knowledge of Kandora Tailoring, Fabrics, men’s fashion accessories, kandora customization options, packages, promotions and other general product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties.
  • Ensure a high level of product knowledge about the tailors, their strengths and weaknesses and their local area.
  • Use up-selling techniques to drive sales.
  • Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take or cancel orders, or resolving complaints.
  • Keep records of guest interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms and applications.
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on guests’' requests.
  • Coordinating with tailors and guest for a smooth and timely processing and delivery of orders.
  • Use the correct procedures regarding the acceptance of foreign currencies and credit cards as per policy.
  • Act in accordance with policies and procedures set forth in the standard operating manuals
  • Follow company brand standards
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Assist other departments, as necessary

 

What are we looking for?

  Guest Service Executives serving Mythoby Brand are always working on behalf of our Guests & Partners and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

  • Previous guest service experience in an e-commerce industry.
  •  Positive attitude and outstanding communication skills 
  •  Commitment to delivering a high level of guest service 
  •  Calm, composed, efficient, and organized with great attention to detail 
  •  Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude when working with a Guest 
  •  Ability to work on your own and as part of a team 
  •  Competent level of IT proficiency 
  • Spoken and written Fluency in Arabic and English
  • Knowledge of Google analytics is a plus. 

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Front Office/Concierge/Customer service experience in the Hospitality, e-commerce, Travel and/or entertainment sectors
  •  Conflict resolution experience 
  • Fluency in Urdu

  •  Keep records of guest interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms and applications.

  •  Coordinating with tailors and guest for a smooth and timely processing and delivery of orders.
  •  Assist other departments, as necessary.


Job Specification

Blossom Trading LLC is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of ARABIC Female Customer Service Executive in the field of Customer Service in one of their office located in Dubai - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have graduate qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. The position require guest, service, digital, tailoring, customer, e-commerce, arabic, level, calls, recording, process, forms, processing mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 2k to 4k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
