Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock Management- Coordinate with stock keeper/ Pharmacist & Sales representatives to record stock movements correctly
• Maintenance of books of accounts -No pending data entry, Daily Bank reconciliation,
• Monthly suppliers’ reconciliation and bookkeeping as per Accounting Standards and organization accounting policies
• Financial Reporting- Timely preparation and presentation of Monthly accounts and any reports required by management (Finance director or Chief Executive officer) as per International Accounting standards and agreed deadlines.
• Asset Management- Update Fixed asset register, ensure official cash is insured and kept in safe at each handling location at all time
• Audit- Co-ordination and point of contact with the Auditors, and facilitate closure of audit and queries.
• Filing- updated and organized filing system with no outstanding paper work or Vouchers
• Vat- File VAT Returns on time
