Description

As the Assistant Director of Sales, you will be a key architect of our sales strategy, responsible for positioning our luxury hotel apartment as the premier choice for guests in Dubai. You will work with a driven sales team, cultivate relationships with high-end clients, and develop innovative strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue. The Asst Director of Sales must have a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning, and will be tasked with setting and executing the sales strategy, managing a sales team, and driving revenue growth. Your expertise in luxury hospitality and your ability to understand the unique needs of our clientele will be essential to your success.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
• Identify new market opportunities and trends.
• Establish sales targets and ensure they are met by the sales team.
• Lead, motivate, and support a team of sales professionals.

• At least 5-10 years of relevant work experience in Serviced Hotel Apartments in the ME-Region
• Proven track record of delivering sales results in commercial roles in hotels.
• Strong knowledge of the Travel Industry in the GCC/ME-region, including knowledge of competitor hotels and destinations.
• Education
• Candidate must hold a degree from a major, accredited institution in the fields of hospitality sales & marketing or business administration.
