Description
- Support the sales team and achieve the sales objectives of the organization.
- Identify and develop business opportunities through networking and prospecting.
- Achieve Sales targets and contribute to the development of strategies according to feedback from management and market conditions.
- Provide feedback on sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create and develop relationships with clients and business partners to further the reach of the organization.
- Create and submit periodic reports including but not limited to sales performance report, sales forecast report, territory performance report, sales pipeline report, competitor analysis report, sales campaign report.
- Monitor the payment status of the customer and ensure that the payment is collected on time.
- Prepare and deliver presentations as well as sales proposals
- Continuously look for ways to improve sale processes and increase productivity.
- Cooperate and coordinate with other departments and members of the organization to achieve targets and objectives.
- Maintain adequate documentation and records for administrative purposes.
- Portray a smart and professional appearance at all times.
- Adhere to hygienic practices as well as health and safety measures.
The Essential Qualifications and Skills for the position are as follows:
- Effectively communicate in English. Spoken Arabic is advantageous but not compulsory.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in premium chocolate sales in UAE and/or GCC
- Must be in possession of a valid UAE driving license. Having an own car is compulsory.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
