Job Title: Associate (Lawyer)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate (Lawyer) to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate should have at least three (3) years of experience practicing law in the UAE, preferably in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal support to the team in various areas of law including but not limited to corporate law, commercial law, and litigation.

Responsibilities:

- Drafting legal documents including contracts, agreements, and memorandum.

- Conducting legal research and analysis.

- Providing legal advice and opinions to clients.

- Assisting in the preparation of legal briefs and pleadings.

- Representing clients in court proceedings and negotiations.

- Managing and organizing legal files and documents.

- Participating in client meetings and conference calls.

- Collaborating with the legal team and other departments to achieve project goals and objectives.

- Staying up to date with the latest legal developments and changes in laws and regulations.

Requirements:

- Native Arabic speaker, fluency in English is a must. Knowledge of Russian is a plus.

- Bachelor’s degree in law from a recognized UAE university.

- Minimum of three (3) years of experience practicing law in the UAE, preferably in Dubai.

- Excellent knowledge of UAE laws and regulations.

- Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
