Description

Job Responsibilities:

- Funds Management: Responsible for executing player deposit and withdrawal operations, ensuring all transactions comply with company policies and legal regulations.
- Transaction Monitoring: Monitor and audit all financial transactions to identify and prevent fraudulent activities, money laundering, and other illegal actions.
- Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues players encounter during the fund deposit and withdrawal process.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies; prepare and submit necessary financial and regulatory reports.
- System Maintenance: Maintain and update the payment processing system and databases, ensuring data accuracy and security.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with customer service, technical support, and compliance departments to optimize processes and strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Associate degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least one year of relevant work experience, with a preference for candidates who have experience in the gambling industry.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and clear logical reasoning abilities.
- Proficiency in various payment software and advanced Excel functions is preferred.
