Candidate Profile & Requirements

Applicants should ideally possess:

Proven experience in UAE banking sales.
Direct experience handling Personal Loans and/or Credit Cards.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
A customer-focused approach with a results-driven mindset.
The ability to thrive in a target-oriented environment.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

For Team Leaders: Previous leadership experience and a proven track record of leading successful sales teams within the UAE banking sector is required.

Compensation & Benefits

Sales Executive Positions

Salary: AED 4,000 to AED 7,000 (based on qualifications and experience).
Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentive structure.
Visa: Employment Visa provided.
Health: Medical Insurance provided.
Leave: Annual leave and other benefits in accordance with UAE Labour Law.

Team Leader Positions

Compensation Package: An attractive package will be offered based on prior experience, leadership capability, and overall suitability for the role.
