Business Development Executive

Overview: A Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for the organization. They are responsible for researching market trends, understanding client needs, and devising strategies to expand the company’s customer base. This position typically requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to sales and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Analyze market data to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.
• Utilize insights to develop targeted strategies for business growth.
2. Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and negotiations.
3. Business Expansion:
• Develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s client base and market presence.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and pitches for potential clients.
4. Sales and Revenue Generation:
• Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the organization.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to ensure profitability.
• Track sales performance, analyze data, and report on key metrics to management.
5. Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality products and services to clients.
• Participate in meetings, conferences, and industry events to represent the company and foster business relationships.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Preferable Diploma Engineering in (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) .
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the relevant industry Waterproof BDE.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques, market analysis, and business development strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Compulsory UAE Driving License


  • 5+ years in a leadership position

Responsibilities
  • Oversee junior staff's progress
  • Source, hire and train new developers
  • Analyze performance reports from subordinate developers
  • Make recommendations on how best to grow the business and control loss
  • Prepare Monthly and quarterly reports for senior board members and investors
  • Be directly responsible for the growth of delegated markets
  • Respond to all issues with prompt attention
  • Prepare and deliver speeches to the team at company conferences
