• Common law qualified lawyer with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE), preferably from an international law firm or multinational in-house legal team.
• Experience in construction / energy / offshore sectors.
• Commercial Contract Expertise: Proven ability to draft, negotiate, and manage complex contracts, including EPCI, M&A, JV’s, and other commercial agreements.
• In-depth knowledge of local and international legal frameworks, particularly the UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and GCC jurisdictions.
• Strong business relationship building and interpersonal skills.
• The role will suit a strong, commercially astute lawyer used to operating within a multinational corporate environment.
