Company Overview:

APC Finance Consultants L.L.C, a financial consultancy firm based in Dubai, is seeking a qualified candidate to join its team as a Compliance Officer.

Job Requirements:

1. bachelor’s degree in any field related to compliance, financial laws, and regulations.

2. Candidate must have passed the three professional licensing exams mandated by the Securities and Commodities Authority, which include:

- Financial regulations and laws of the United Arab Emirates.

- Anti-money laundering.

- Compliance with global financial regulations and systems.

3. Valid passport and residency in the United Arab Emirates.

About the Position:

- Initially, the job will be a mix of onsite and remote.

- Salary will be determined based on the job offer after the final interview.

- The HR department will only contact a very limited number of candidates for interviews according to company policies and job requirements.

About APC:

We are a startup company that has obtained preliminary approval from the Securities and Commodities Authority and is in the process of obtaining final approval within the next six months.

Upon completion of the final licensing, the company plans to launch subscription services in financial analysis and consultancy related to Arab financial markets in general.

Our team has extensive experience in the field and has founded several other companies outside of the United Arab Emirates before this venture.

The work system involves a combination of onsite and online presence.
